1. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

Reservations canceled 12 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 100% refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% or the full base fare.

2. Airport Grace Periods & Wait Times

Domestic flight arrivals receive 45 minutes of complimentary grace time from actual flight touchdown. International flights receive 60 minutes. Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed in 15-minute increments at standard vehicle hourly rates.

3. Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all fleet vehicles. Excessive vehicle detailing required due to spills or damage will incur a minimum $250 sanitization fee.
