What is the difference between Curbside Express and Inside Meet & Greet?
With Curbside Express (Complimentary), you text your driver when your bags are collected, and they pull up to the designated Sea-Tac passenger pickup lane within 2-3 minutes. With Inside Meet & Greet ($25 Add-On), your driver parks, enters baggage claim holding a digital iPad sign with your name, and assists you directly to the car.
Are there hidden fees, bridge tolls, or surge prices?
Never. Allied Black Car guarantees 100% transparent pricing. Your quoted fare includes base rate, distance/time, airport access fees, and Washington state taxes. Gratuity can be selected transparently during booking or adjusted in the vehicle.
Do you provide child safety seats (infant, toddler, booster)?
Yes! We supply sanitized, premium Britax / Graco child safety seats (Rear-facing infant, Forward-facing toddler, and Booster seats) for $15 each. You can select the exact seats required in Step 3 of the booking wizard.
What is your cancellation and modification policy?
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a standard cancellation fee. You can manage your booking directly on our Booking Lookup page.
Can I pay in the car after the ride, or pay online now?
We support both! You can select "Pay Now" with any major credit card through our encrypted Square payments gateway, or select "Pay After Ride" to swipe card or pay with cash directly to your driver upon trip completion.
